Tendering Scope:

Manage the responsibilities of all IG purchasing activities inside for the Power System BU Indonesia starting from tender stage to project closure which includes:

– Involve at tender stage to support in IG supplier proposal, consider all purchasing 7pillars (strategic, technical, quality, logistics, commercial, finance, legal) to optimize and to mitigate the risk and cost in the project tender stage.

– SME Validation during tender QLK

– Secure Intra- Group offers : Support teams during tendering( Quality ,lead times, offer). Challenge plant’s

T&C to protect GCP(Validity, firm price..)

– Prioritize the task based on the project time schedule and the high stake and high lead time

commodities.

– Manage from PR to RFQ, Bid evaluation, negotiation process, Contract drafting including all specific

terms and conditions.

Execution Scope:

– Manage the expediting part (post ordering part) which includes monitoring the major milestone, follow ups,

   visits with IG suppliers to manage the OTIF.

– Should have fair knowledge on the logistics scope to support wherever applicable.

– Shortage management: Highlight the critical shortages & communicate accordingly. Provide recommendations and alternatives to tender team. Creating escalations – CR,CMI & BRE on bFO I2P portal.

– IG Governance communication & Collaboration: Work in close coordination with Global IG management team and provide monthly updates (guidelines, RMI etc…) & FOBO charter.

– Execution support in delivery/ drawings, quality issue, expediting escalation, special case support on price validity.

– Monitor and manage the potential claims with the IG suppliers.

– Preparing IG monthly dashboard, ESSR/ISSR reports etc.

– Extending necessary support in IG costing related topics & upstream margin

– Conducting Business reviews – animate top suppliers BRs (topics : spend, forecast from both sides, Supplier survey results, I2P/CR, ISSR, NQC, other pressing topics, action plan)

– Manage the vendor evaluation process periodically, suggest and monitor the improvement plans.

– Manage and comply the purchasing process inside the Business Unit.

– Strictly follow and communicate on the purchasing ethics inside and outside.

Qualifications

– Preferred University Master Degree (Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement)

– Language requirements- English fluency is a must

– Another language will be valuable

– Experience- Minimum 5-10 years experience in Supply Chain and/or Procurement

– 5 years as Supply Chain or Procurement Leader.

– Specific work or Project experience in Supply Chain operations within the Project/Solution environment is an added

advantage

Skills requirements- Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills, effective in a cross-cultural environment to foster collaboration

– Proven leadership skills in Project context, focusing on business objectives. Ability to influence & convince in a complex matrix organization

– Change management abilities and process driven approach with a continuous improvement mindset
