 Mission of the position :

Deliver an integrated, efficient, and secure working environment where information is readily available to help advance the work in SOS Children’s Village.

Support the use of technology in SOS Children’s Village, enable the delivery of effective and secure ICT systems, and contribute to developing and implementing ICT standards and policies. Ensure all system applications are running properly and available at all times, provide ICT operation functions for organizational standards and policies, cabling management for all devices in the Data Center, resolve user issues and follow up on resolutions, network Installation and Configuration, location Base Service configuration and installation.

Responsible for the ICT system of the SOS Children’s Villages in Meulaboh, Banda Aceh and Medan.

 Job Requirements :

  • A Diploma/Bachelor degree in computer sciences

  • A minimum of 2 year of experience in ICT

  • Good knowledge of ICT Infrastructure, Network Administration & Information Security.

  • Good knowledge of local area networks, SQL Server, Exchange servers, wide area networks (eg CISCO), and telecommunications, firewalls, routers, Microsoft Microsoft Server 2012/2016 administration experience including Activity Directory, implementing information systems and supporting technology.

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office.

  • Own a transportation

  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

  • Understanding of Child Protection https://bit.ly/CodeofConduct2023

  • Travel on business trips if needed
