Kami merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi ICT Data Center Supervisor di tempat usaha PT CBRE Consultancy Services untuk kota/kab Cikarang atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang kami butuhkan ialah Komputer/Teknologi Informasi & IT-Admin Jaringan/Sistem/Database serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Adapun untuk kualifikasi yang kami inginkan ialah minimal Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, & Gelar Professional. Sesuai dari ketetapan yang usaha kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Key Responsibilities

  • To manage unforeseen circumstances that occurs and provides relevant feedback to Client / CBRE management where necessary.
  • To receive, respond and assign Break / Fix tickets within the agreed SLA timeframe or escalate promptly if they cannot be resolved promptly.
  • To receive, assess and complete patching / de-patching requests (both copper and fibre) within the agreed SLA timeframe and to applicable internal, manufacture and industry standards
  • To receive, assess and complete IT equipment installation, relocation and decommission requests within the agreed SLA timeframes and to applicable internal, manufacture and industry standards
  • Ensure all deployments are installed to applicable internal, manufacture and industry standards
  • Provide smart hands problem solving support (server reboots, backups, visual inspections etc).
  • To escort third party engineers and ensure their compliance with the site standards
  • Both oversee & carry out daily housekeeping checks of the data halls and record their findings.
  • Ensure that all records are updated following any changes made and that documentation is also kept up to date for processes
  • Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared and used for all tasks undertaken to ensure safe working practices at all times
  • To develop a good working relationship with all members of CBRE staff and the Client representatives
  • Ensure the provision of a Safe and Healthy working environment
  • To operate a Permit to Work System in accordance with CBRE Quality, Health & Safety procedures and client requirements.
  • Supervising and monitoring of sub-contractors works whilst they are on site undertaking maintenance.
  • Undertake other tasks as defined and requested by internal CBRE management.
  • Preparation / Creation & Delivery of the I.C.T Monthly Report to the Client & Internal Management.
  • To ensure that on-site documentation including work related S.O.P’s are created and also reviewed & update either when there is an instruction or process change or annually.
