Professional skills:
(1) Familiar with the drawings of hydropower station projects, and be able to organize drawing review, analyze the problems existing in the drawings and the key and difficult tasks in the construction process;
(2) Be able to independently prepare MS, MSA, and construction plans, organize the engineering department to collect engineering data and review relevant data, participate in various project acceptances, and assist in project acceptance and pricing.
(3) Be able to master the use of AUTO CAD, word, Excel and other software;
(4) Be able to actively discover project claim conditions and assist the Ministry of Commerce in collecting relevant claim information;
3. Site management: Responsible for the daily management of the construction site, able to coordinate the work of each construction team, timely discover and solve problems that arise during the construction process, ensure the quality of construction, fully implement the project construction plan tasks, and fully control the site safety, quality, progress, and cost.
4. Work experience: Participated in the construction of 2 hydropower stations or have more than 5 years of relevant work experience in hydropower stations.
5. Personal qualities: Able to adapt to the on-site working environment and have a certain ability to withstand pressure; have an innovative spirit, strong learning ability and adaptability. Good communication skills, teamwork spirit and execution.
