Job Title : HVAC Drafter

Location : Serpong

Key Responsibility Areas :

1. Develop plans and specifications according to client needs.
2. Create, ensure, modify, and determine project details through technical drawings based on survey analysis and/or on-site job analysis.
3. Create visual guides for construction purposes if needed.
4. Ensure and monitor that the design is followed by workers in the field.
5. Use computer-aided design (CAD) software for the implementation of plans and designs.
6. Travel to project sites from time to time to collect specific location data as needed for the drawings.
7. Provide guidance and training to new technical staff as needed.
8. Prepare, execute, and document the technical drawing documents that have been prepared.
9. Report findings of non-conformities and report to the immediate supervisor.
10. Attend company-provided training sessions.
11. Accompany and conduct external and internal audits.
12. Implement the 5S methodology within the company environment and coordinate it in the areas under your responsibility.
13. Monitor and evaluate performance, and take corrective and improvement actions to continuously enhance performance over time.

Requirements :

1. Have a diploma or bachelor’s degree from architectural engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or related major.
2. Have 2 years of experience, preferably in the HVAC/MEP field.
3. Able to use AutoCAD.  
4. Able to communicate in English (written & verbal).    
5. Able and willing to relocate to project sites during work.
