Human Resources Supervisor based in Indonesia to join our team and help us protect and grow our reputation for integrity, consistency, and excellence.

Job Summary

As the HR Supervisor, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the HR department, ensuring efficient and effective HR service delivery. You’ll oversee HR staff, manage HR processes, and provide support to employees and managers on HR-related matters. This role reports to the Country Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. You will be in charge of day-to-day HR tasks, including ensuring consistent application of HR policies, overseeing accurate and confidential employee records, and managing the onboarding and offboarding processes. You will also handle personnel-related paperwork, administer employee leave policies, and prepare HR reports for management.

2. You will assist employees with benefit-related issues, coordinate open enrollment, and participate in compensation surveys to help with salary scale preparation.

3. You’ll identify areas for improvement in HR processes and stay up-to-date on current HR trends and best practices.

4. You will interact and cooperate with all members of the organization and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

1. A bachelor’s degree in psychology, law, management, or a related field is required.

2. We’re looking for someone with experience in various HR functions, including familiarity with HR policies and procedures, handling confidential information, and conflict resolution.

3. You should have knowledge of labor laws and regulations, compensation structures, benefits administration, and payroll processing.

4. Proficiency in HR software (HRIS) for managing employee data is essential. You should also have experience with recruitment and onboarding, performance management, and employee relations, including handling grievances and resolving conflicts.
