About PT Bounty

Seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Human Resources Staff to join our growing team at PT Bounty Segar Indonesia. In this full-time position based in North Jakarta, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the strategic HR initiatives of our dynamic and fast-paced organisation.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB), preferably with a focus on Labor Law or Employment Law.

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in HR legal or HR Generalist roles.

  • Familiarity with employment laws in Indonesia (UU Ketenagakerjaan, Omnibus Law, BPJS, etc.).

  • High attention to detail of attendance and activity employees by Mekari Talenta Application.

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with integrity.

  • Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams (HR, Legal, Operations).

  • Willing to be placed Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review legal agreements, company regulations, and HR-related legal documents.

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local Labor laws, company ethics, and industrial regulations.

  • Advise HR teams and management on Labor law, termination procedures, disciplinary actions, and employee rights.

  • Monitor changes in employment law and update policies accordingly.

  • Liaise with external legal counsel when necessary and Assist in handling internal investigations and compliance violations.

  • Prepare reports related to legal risk in HR practices and government inspections related to manpower and employment issues.
