Human Resources Specialist

Requirements: 

• Age maximal 40 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree from any discipline (more preferable Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management) with at least 5 years working experience in HR field and at least 5 years of experience as HR Manager, preferably in hospitality company environment.
• Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.
• Experience in handling payroll and PPh21 calculation.
• People person, good communication, negotiation, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with payroll software.
• Able to communicate in English both written and verbal.

Job Detail: 

• Supervising the implementation of HR policies in Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, and Operational for all Business Units.
• Bridging effective communication between Departments and Management.
• Ensuring the Company operate with the applicable labor law, by implementing a corporate culture so Company’s operation can run well and smoothly.
• Creating budget for HR Department and conducting control on the budget usage.
• Reviewing and adjusting policies on problems occurring in the Company.
• Monitor and ensure that the performance appraisal process runs on time and the results are collected according to the specified time period. 
• Reviewing Periodically Organizational structure, Company policy aligning with the local regulation, work agreement. 
• Deeply understanding implementation of salary structure and KPI.
• Salary calculation (group) including and not limited for income tax.
• Generate reports and giving presentations to Board of Directors.
