Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 6.000.000 - Rp 7.000.000.

What You Will Need :

-Minimum Bachelor Degree from Psychology

-Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment or Human Resources similar area

-Have an experience from consulting industry will be an advantage

-Have a good communication and negotiation skills

-Excellent verbal and written in English

-Willing to be placed in South Jakarta

-Willing to perform HR administrative duties

-Ability to design and implement overall recruiting strategy, and create recruitment dashboard to optimize tracking recruitment and get faster -hiring process is a plus

-Ability to perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives will be an advantage

-Ability to join immediately by July 2023

What You Will Do :

-Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board

-Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.

-Screen candidates CVs or resumes and job applications

-Assist Human Capital Manager in developing psychological tests for values-fit assessments and conduct them

-Arrange and conduct HR (and user) interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

-Collaborate closely with the C&B Team to provide offers to candidates

-Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated, make sure that the preparation for the new employee orientation program goes well

-Perform Human Resources
