Candidate must be fluent in written and spoken English and have strong knowledge of human resources management and office support. Substantial, relevant experience in a similar role. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a high-pressured environment while managing competing priorities and deadlines 

Providing and facilitating the development and support of Amnesty International’s effective and efficient human resource, office operational, and administrative services to ensure the smooth running of the office and maintaining staff well-being for creating a healthy organization culture.
