Position Overview:

As the Human Resources Manager at PT Pelita Abadi Sentosa, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and HR compliance. Your role will be instrumental in supporting our company’s growth and maintaining a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and industry standards.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Develop and lead employee training and development programs to enhance skills and promote career growth.
• Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters with fairness and consistency.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
• Maintain accurate HR records and manage payroll processing.
• Lead initiatives to promote employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Stay up to date with HR trends and legal requirements, making necessary adjustments to policies and practices.

 Qualifications:

• age 30-45 y/o.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).
• Proven experience as an HR Manager in a chemical industry or a related field, with at least 5 years of successful HR leadership.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Adept at building positive relationships with employees and management.
• Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
• Fluent in foreign language (English/Korean/Japanese)
• Preferably for those residing in the Tangerang area.
