Kemampuan yang perusahaan kami inginkan adalah Manajemen – Internal (Sumber Daya Manusia & Perekrutan) serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 15.000.000 - Rp 20.000.000.

Job Descriptions :

Developing and implementing HR strategies in hotel that align with the Company’s business strategy;
Ensure the fulfilment of human resources requirements following the workforce needs plan as well as the needs of other organizations.
Conduct end-to-end the recruitment process to ensure the best talent is recruited, including but not limited to coordinating & identifying request with user, shortlisting & doing interview with candidates, arranging interview with user, conduct background checking, offering, process employement agreement, and giving induction for new hires.
Identifying training needs and developing employee training programs;
Ensure HR data is recorded accurately and up to date, and preparing HR reports;
Conduct compensation and benefits programs and ensuring they are competitive and aligned with Company policies;
Develop and implement a performance management system; including regular performance reviews;
Ensure that company policies and regulations compliance with employment laws and goverment regulations;
Promoting a positive work environment and handling employee relations;
Keeping and up-to-date candidate data as a talent pool for future hiring needs, periodically report the recruitment process to the user and HR Director.
Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or HR Management or related field.
Min 3 years of working experience in HR, especially in hotel.
Fluent in English, Mandarin is an advantage.
Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills.
Demonstrating resilience, a strong work ethic, and a sense of responsibility.
