Our client is a leading group of restaurants and cafes with multiple outlets in Bali. 

The HR Manager is responsible for planning, managing, controlling, coordinating and participating in Human Resources activities such as the recruitment,  administration of budget, benefits, wages and salaries, labour and employee relations, training for the formulation and recommendation to implement and execute the employee policies, procedures and programs within the scope of the budget with a well-defined management norm to ensure a smooth operation.

Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as HR Manager
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or other relevant fields.
    • Proven experience in a similar business or other restaurant brands.
    • Comprehensive knowledge in human resources management: payroll, compensation and benefits, legal, recruitment, work permit, etc.
    • Strong understanding of ManPower Regulation.
    • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Has the ability to lead in an environment of constant change.
    • Has proven track contribution in organization development and change management.
    • Knowledge of human resources integrated systems such as Talenta, Sunfish, etc.
    • Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
    • Max. 40 years old

Responsibilities

  • Manages Human Resources & Training Division, ensuring compliance with all hotel policies and procedures both local and government regulations pertaining to employment Practices.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the restaurant’s goals.
  • Ensure compliance with labor law and regulations.
  • Handle compensation and benefit, employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Collaborating with third parties for working permit regulations, renewal and issuance.
  • Actively communicating and explaining legal and manpower updates to respected supervisors and related stakeholders as necessary.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Attracting, sourcing and hiring qualified talent for various roles in the business and ensuring smooth onboarding processes.
  • Supervise and ensure quality standards based on the SOPs of the restaurant.
  • Developing and implementing performance evaluation systems, providing feedback, and addressing performance-related issues.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records, handling HR paperwork, and managing HR-related processes and documentation.
  • Collaborating with restaurant management to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals, anticipating staffing needs, and implementing workforce planning initiatives.
  • Coordinates with requisitioning departments in establishing the standards, policies and procedures and assists them in the orientation training, development and evaluation of their personnel.
  • Supervises that staff coordinates in the work plan on safety, hygiene, and harmonious.
