We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Human Resource Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the company’s HR strategies align with our overall business goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and support to increase employee engagement.
• Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and compliant workplace.
• Develop and implement company policies, strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Able to create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), delegate tasks, and manage workflow effectively.
• Handle performance management, employee development, and training programs.
• Manage employee data and HR records with the utmost confidentiality.
• Oversee recruitment and hiring processes to ensure a strong talent in all division by tests, interview, character.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
• Strategize all-round company culture and KPI
• Provide HR support and advice to employees and managers, resolving any HR-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.

Qualifications:

• Age: Max. 32 years old.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field from reputable university.
• Experience: Proven experience (3+ years) as an HR Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR functions.
• Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations, able to enforce company policies
• Language(s): Fluency in English both written and oral.
• Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, having ability to inspire and manage a team, build relationships at all levels.
• Technically Skills: Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Mindset: Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, high level of integrity and confidentiality.
