Perusahaan kami telah merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Human Resources Development di perusahaan PT New Sea Indonesia untuk domisili Jakarta Pusat serta sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang kami butuhkan ialah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Sumber Daya Manusia / HR serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Selain itu untuk syarat yang kita butuhkan adalah minimum Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan ketentuan yang usaha kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 11.000.000 - Rp 20.000.000.

We are excited to announce that our growing company is seeking an experienced HR professional with a strong understanding of the e-commerce and scape in the Indonesia market.

Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks in the human resources department, This includes but is not limited to recruitment. employee relations. training and development, and ensuring our company is compliant with Indonesian laws and regulations.

Requirements:

1. Fluency in Chinese, English, and Indonesian, both in verbal and written forms2. Past work experience, particularly from e-commerce platforms like Shopee,TikTok, Tokopedia, Lazada, Blibli is preferred.

3. Have a good understanding of the TikTok Live E-commerce field, with a certain foundational knowledge about MCN, TSP and other e-commerce platform service agencies.

4. The ability to respond quickly and adapt to intense work time requirements.5. Extensive experience in HR and administrative work, with a deep understanding of the related Indonesian laws and regulations.6.At least five years of work experience in the relevant field.

Benefits :

Between 10.500.000 to 21,000,000 Indonesian Rupiah (exact exchange rate may vary).
