Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Human Resources Business Partner Manager will oversee the end-to-end Human Capital department of this new business establishment by translating business objectives into effective Human Capital strategies and management. This role plays a critical role to enable business strategy by delivering great people approaches, rather than operational implementation.

Description

  • Lead and drive end-to-end Human Resources strategies to support business objectives and ensure organization goals are achieved effectively
  • Act as a strategic Human Resources partner to drive strategic workforce planning, effective organization design and development, talent management and secession planning, HR services, and people development
  • Strategic workforce planning to ensure the company’s workforce has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future and optimal business operations
  • Highly understand business objectives, needs and goals by translating and crafting effective HR strategies
  • Continuously assess and identify gaps, needs and potential challenges from human capital perspective
  • Optimizing organizational design to ensure talent productivity and improve performance of the business
  • Building a competitive organization by aiding the organization to acquire, develop and retain best talents through effective talent strategy in talent management, performance management and people development initiatives
  • Bringing people expertise and developing solutions to help the business area to deliver its strategy
  • Providing guidance on people practices and acting as a point of people expertise for specialist teams that are implementing new people approaches and to the business leaders
  • Collaborate actively cross-organization to meet organization goals and business objectives
  • Build meaningful relationship with key people and employees in the organization to champion and drive strategies
  • Lead and manage a team of Human Capital department for the business and work collaboratively with the holding/parent company
  • Drive data-driven practices to ensure efficiency and productively with the ability to set up and key objectives, deliverables, and track relevant metrics and use them to drive business results

Profile

  • At least 10-15 years of professional experience in full spectrum of Human Resources, with ideal 5+ years of managerial/leadership position
  • Proven strong business acumen and track record in working to support business as a strategic HR business partner
  • Strong foundation in Organizational Development and Design, manpower planning, People Development, Talent Management and HR Business Partner are highly preferred
  • Strategic and critical thinker to understand business needs and to translate into HR strategies through to successful implementation. Identify, assess, anticipate issues, and develop proactive solutions in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrated leadership skill and a team player who can work under pressure, collaborate cross-organization, and goal-oriented
  • Strong organization skills with strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to prioritise work in order to achieve the given target and
  • Agile mindset to work in a dynamic and fast-paced growth environment and highly adaptable
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with proven strong stakeholders management skills
  • Complete fluency in both English and Indonesian, spoken and written as well as strong business acumen, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytic and data-driven mindset. Able to craft, read and interpret dashboards and reports containing complex data with the ability to set up and track relevant metrics and KPIs and use them to drive business results
