Butuh cepat. lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Human Resources Business Partner di tempat usaha Geodis Singapore Pte. Ltd. untuk daerah Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.
Kemampuan yang PT kami butuhkan adalah Konsultasi & HR Umum (Sumber Daya Manusia & Perekrutan) serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.
PT ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang tersendiri terhadap calon pelamar sehingga anda dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.
Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Mandatory notification and submissions to local authorities and internally for new employment and termination of employment such as social securities (BPJS), etc.
Conduct exit interviews in the event of staff resignation or staff counselling session to receive any feedback and correction actions if needed
Handle Work pass application, Renewal and cancellation process of Work Permit, living and Employment pass.
Develop, formulate and implement HR policies and HR procedure in accordance with Local Legislation (HR & Business Excellence program) Monitor staff time attendance and Data collection for payroll: unpaid leave, OT, etc.
Conduct orientation to new staff, to have new staff integrated to the organisation and the role as soon as possible.
Coordination with the University or College for the Internship student program.
Handle training and development program. Training coordination with internal and external parties, including trainer, schedule, materials, feedback and other documentations
Training administrator for the Government requirements or absentee payroll program.
Handle Government Claims–Employee claims on BPJS.
Handle Company and new staff insurances, insurance claim matters, yearly insurance policy renewal.
Monitor staff attendance record: annual leave, medical leave, hospitalization leave as per regulation
Coordination of staff welfare e.g. company events, company gift, uniforms, etc.
Handle staff’s enquiries on HR issues, policies and Guidelines.
Maintenance of updated records: organization chart, job profiles, training records, OHS reports, etc.
Work closely with line managers in Job Evaluation and staffing matter.
Maintain accurate and updated personnel record.
Updated staff’s news and HR announcement on freightnet.
Organize and arrange back up work schedules for receptionist.
Involve and organize full cycle of performance appraisal exercise and employee survey, summarize analyse and work closely with the respective department head to implement the action plans.
Participation in Government manpower surveys, government online registration and other matters.
Participation in BE Programs as required.
Act as internal auditor of integrated management System (BE Program) per their informed timeline.
Any other duties as assigned.
Leadership & People Management
Steer, develop and motivate direct reports, in line with the global HR policies, individual and company’s objectives, to ensure the necessary quality and quantity of staffing for current and future needs.
Initiate and execute Performance management process for both direct reports, including conducting performance appraisals and midyear reviews to identify team and/or individual developmental needs/ opportunities.
Demonstrate commitment to GEODIS by keeping the team committed to deliver the Business Vision, Mission and Values. Act as ambassador.
Conduct people interactions timely (weekly 1:1 with each staff, weekly departmental meeting, quarterly review, etc) in a transparent, approachable and trustworthy manner.
Communicate strategy and business results regularly (each semester/upon any updates) with employees.
Ensure all employees are equipped, trained, qualified, motivated, developed and empowered to provide high levels of customer satisfaction as measured in regular surveys
Train, coach, encourage and develop management and all staff to continuously review our people strategies and management effectiveness to improve employees’ satisfaction.
Encourage employees to offer suggestions for improvements, influence on team decisions, and act on these as appropriate with feedback/feedforward.
Operate recognition schemes that ensure praise is given to individuals and teams for outstanding performance in a fair and motivative manner.
Communicate the appropriate Regional and Local future strategic objectives and updated information necessary for the jobs of all employees through proper and effective channels.

Knowledge, Experience, Skills and Competencies
Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Business / Human Resources Management, background in Psychology a side advantage
5-7 years’ professional experience in HR
Minimum 3 years’ experience in managerial level
Experience in multinational multicultural matrix environment, operating on a global market
Knowledge of and experience with local labour law and demonstrated experience in industrial relations
Knowledge of HR systems
Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
A positive team player with good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills who performs well under pressure and is able to multi-task
Customer-service orientated, pleasant and flexible; able to work with other employees at various levels with a willingness to help
Ability to adapt to and work effectively within a variety of situations, and with various individuals or groups.
The ability to recognize opportunities, possibilities or threats and respond (pro-actively) to them effectively.
Analytical, innovative and able to change at a fast pace
Strong sense of responsibility, detail- and results-oriented
Proficient in English language and Bahasa Indonesia
