As the Human Resources and Administration Manager, you will have overall operational and strategic responsibility over the full spectrum of human resources and administration functions across Indonesia operations. You will work closely with other senior management team members to achieve shared organizational objectives, in particular establishing and implementing people solutions that support strategic business goals.

The roles and duties:

• Key business partner to operational functions, provide professional advice to support strategic decision, policies and procedures, employment legislation, recruitment strategies, manpower planning and managing change processes as well as providing risk analysis.
• Setup, perform, monitor and improve human resources cycle activities such as talent acquisition and retention, learning and development, performance management, human resources information system, compensation and benefit for the functions to ensure compliance and alignment of regional/global policy, need and priority.
• Oversee and coordinate all matters relating to employees relations, grievances handling and engagement.
• Form strong relationships with the management team to be able to challenge and coach in a high-performance environment.
• Responsible to advice key stakeholders on industrial relations and compliance matters and manage industrial relations/compliance matters.
• Ensure alignment to Group and Regional policies, procedures and metrics.
• Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required. 
• This position will report to the Chief Financial Officer, with dotted line reporting to the Country Manager, Indonesia.

Requirement:

• Degree in Human Resources/Business or a equivalent degree or professional qualification.
• At least of 8 years of working experience in human resources with at least 3 years in the role of HR Business Partner in the commercial function.
• Well versed with employment and labour laws, industrial and occupational safety and health compliances and long-term social sustainability. 
• A self-starter and able to work independently with positive attitude, resourceful and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Meticulous with good attention to details, efficient, strong people skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Location:

• Jakarta, Indonesia or Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
• Hybrid working arrangement, flexibility work from office and home.
