Perusahaan kami merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Human Resource SPV di tempat usaha PT Abhitech Matra Indah untuk daerah Jakarta Utara dan sekitarnya.
Kemampuan yang perusaahan butuhkan ialah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Sumber Daya Manusia / HR serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.
Kami memberikan persyaratan yang perusahaan kami butuhkan ialah min Sarjana (S1). Sesuai dari ketentuan yang PT kami berikan.
Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Requirement :
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in any Major.
2. Min. 4 years of relevant or similar experience in an HR role, a candidate from HR Services/ Outsourcing company /MIGAS industry is a plus.
3. Great team player, interpersonal skills, multitasking, details oriented, leadership skills, and the ability to work unsupervised.
4. Strong moral and ethical code.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Intermediate competency in Microsoft Office.
7. Excellent administrative skills.
8. Comprehensive literacy on Payroll practices and legislation (Tax, BPJS, labor-related)
9. Familiar with Manpower Regulation
10. Eager to learn, Hands-on experience with Payroll Software (HRIS) is a plus.
Job desk :
1. To supervise and managing day to day operations for projects in HR services (Manpower Outsourcing) effectively and efficiently
2. Responsible for leading the team to ensure that all project requirements are delivered on-time (Payroll, hiring, employment contracts, employee database, working equipment, travel request, MCU, training bookings, insurance (medical & BPJS), timesheet, expense report, invoicing, and termination)
3. Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries for Employee and Client Request
4. Manage good relationships with clients
5. Proactive and fast in following up project related matters
6. To independently monitor and administer documentation for projects
7. Ensuring the database is up to date and accurate in HRIS
8. Responsible for projects Compensation & Benefit
9. Ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and compliance
10. Monitor project budget and expenses

In addition the company is actively involved with seismic explorations projects both Land and Marine surveys, supporting Quality Control specialists as Client representatives for their surveys.
