Qualifications:

• Report to Operational Director
• Plan, create, develop, and implement Human Resource program and strategy in line with company business plan and strategies
• Develop, monitor and control Human Resource policies, procedure and process in line with the law and best practices
• Develop recruitment plans and strategies that meet company business strategies
• Develop and implement the HRIS to provide human resource information support for the company’s major decisions
• Design and build criteria and process for performance evaluation to assess employee performance, as well as monitor effectivity its implementation thru all departments
• Design development program for employee based on training needs analysis
• Analyse and develop a remuneration system in line with business growth and employee motivation
• Ensure end-to-end all of Human Resource transactions meets the labor law and company policy
• Anticipate and resolve problems in the field of industrial relations in accordance with company values ​​and strategies
• Build and maintain good relationship with external parties related with HR matters
• Lead HR team for achieving Department’s KPI and target

Requirements:

• Under 40 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Management/Law/Psychology from reputable university
• Have experience in HRBP/HR area min. 7 years in mining industry (nickel), would be advantageous
• Solid understanding and broad experience in Human Resource matter
• Have a Human Resource Certification would be advantageous
• Update on industrial relationship, Labor Law and other regional regulations
• Able to effectively team-work and cross-teamwork
• Strong analytical & strategic thinking, reliable personality, good in communication, listening skill, can-do attitude, independent, honestly, role-model and discipline, and adaptive with a strong self-drive 
• Have skills in dealing with people at all departments professionally
• Excellent in leadership and managerial skills
• Willing travel to site (Sulawesi)
