Segera dibutuhkan!! lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Human Resource Manager (Mandarin Speaker) di tempat usaha PT UangMe Fintek Indonesia untuk daerah Jakarta Raya dan sekitarnya.

Skill yang PT kami inginkan adalah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Sumber Daya Manusia / HR serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Untuk kualifikasi yang kami butuhkan adalah setidaknya Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari ketentuan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Developing and implementing HR initiatives aligned with the company’s strategic objectives
Review or Create and implement policies related to all HR Spectrum.
Leading the organisations HR departments, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, talent management HR information systems (HRIS), General Affairs and financial planning of the department
Liaising directly with the executive board and being accountable for the performance of the HR function and the departments within it, as well as providing strategic counsel on all people matters
Being on top of HR and labour regulations and ensuring compliance within the organisation
Liaising directly with the executive board and being accountable for the performance of the HR function and the departments within it, as well as providing strategic counsel on all people matters
Handle staffing issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures.

The Successful Applicant

Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and leadership skills
A strong working knowledge of Organization and talent development, best HR practice, employment law issues and payroll is required, as well as experience of employee relations.
Has strong commercial acumen
Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive (5-8 years experience minimum)
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skill
Fluent English communication skills（Mandarin is a plus)
problem solver, creative thinking and must down to the earth
