Job Summary

As an HR Intern, your main responsibility is to support the recruitment and training function within the company. This includes conducting CV screening, initial interviews with potential candidates, scheduling interviews with hiring leaders and candidates, and handling various administrative tasks related to recruitment and training processes.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Update Internal Databases: You will be responsible for updating the company’s internal databases with new intern information, including contact details and employment forms. This helps to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interns.
2. Source and Screen Resumes: You will actively search for potential candidates by sourcing and screening resumes and application forms.
3. Conduct Initial Interviews: You will conduct initial interviews with candidates to assess their suitability for the roles they have applied for. These interviews serve as the first stage of the hiring process.
4. Schedule and Confirm Interviews: You will coordinate with both candidates and hiring leaders to schedule and confirm interview appointments.
5. Prepare Recruitment Reports: From time to time, you may be required to prepare recruitment-related reports, which could involve data analysis and presentation.
6. Create Job Advertisements: You will be responsible for creating job ad posters and advertising open positions on Social Media platforms.
7. Assist HR Department with other administrative tasks related to Training, Development, and Culture.

Job Requirements:

• Fresh graduate in Psychology
• Comfortable writing and speaking in English
• Excellent in Ms. Excel / Google Sheets would be a plus
• Available for 6-months internship
