Kemampuan yang usaha kami butuhkan adalah Remunerasi & Tunjangan (Sumber Daya Manusia & Perekrutan) serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

PT ini tidak memiliki kualifikasi yang spesifik terhadap pelamar pekerjaan sehingga anda dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

We are seeking for candidate who want to start and interests towards Human Resource position as an Intern, to join our dynamic team at PT. Elabram Systems’ in Central Jakarta. In this internship, you will support the company’s HR-claims (Business trip, reimbursement, communication, etc) and ensuring seamless administrative support for our valued resources.

What you’ll be doing

  1. Assist with the administration of employee benefits including claims, reimbursement, and other perks

  2. Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.

  3. Collaborate with the HR team to implement and maintain HR policies and procedures

  4. Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters

What we’re looking for

  1. Freshgraduate and/or have related internship experience are welcome!

  2. A person who Interest towards administration to handle softcopy/hardcopy claim or handling invoice documents by systems

  3. Proficient in HR-related software and data management systems (Example : Google workspace, Spreadsheets, Excel, and HRIS) will be a plus point

  4. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail

  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels

  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  7. A detailed and diligent person

  8. This position required excellent communication towards our employee, so English speaker will be prioritized
