Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Human Resource and Administration Manager in PT Karawang Outlet Mall in Indonesia. As a Human Resource and Administration Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions in Indonesia, as well as liaising with our Singapore and Japanese joint venture parent companies to ensure alignment with their human resources and administrative policies and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement human resource and administrative strategies, policies, and programs ie staff handbook, that align with the company’s objectives and goals, as well as the strategies and policies of our joint venture parent companies.
  • Manage the full recruitment and selection processes in Indonesia, including job postings, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and conducting reference checks.
  • Develop and manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are integrated into the company culture and understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Manage performance review processes to ensure that employees in Indonesia are meeting their job expectations and are given feedback on how to improve.
  • Develop and implement employee training and development programs in Indonesia to enhance employee skills, knowledge and performance.
  • Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs for employees in Indonesia, including salary and bonus structures, health and welfare benefits including BPJS.
  • Ensure compliance with all Indonesian employment laws and regulations.
  • Liaise with our Singapore and Japanese joint venture parent companies to ensure alignment with their human resources and administrative policies and strategies (where needed), and to provide updates on human resources and administrative activities and initiatives in Indonesia.
  • Manage all office administration in the Company.
  • Manage employee relations in Indonesia, including resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and addressing complaints and grievances.
  • Ensure that the company maintains a safe and healthy work environment in Indonesia, and develop and implement workplace health and safety programs.
  • All other HR and Admin matters as and when required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resource and administration management in the property or similar industry in Indonesia in a similar capacity, with a strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience working in a joint venture environment, with the ability to liaise effectively with parent companies in Singapore and Japan.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • To be based in Karawang in The Grand Outlet Mall – East Jakarta
