Job description & requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• As Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between business units to Human Capital line services i.e. Recruitment, Development 
• Ensure that any Human Capital (Strategy, Program) initiatives related to the business unit are held in accordance with applicable regulations. 
• Analyze both current and future business needs and recommend new initiatives to ensure continuous improvement in the team’s objective and productivity. 
• Work along with business leaders to provide solutions in people matters in organization plans, manpower planning, recruitment, talent management, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, and coaching-mentoring. 
• Ensure the organizational structure, job holder, and job descriptions in the business units are always updated and aligned with business needs. 
• Implement all HR initiatives, policies, services, and programs for the respective business, i.e. company values (vision, mission, values), Halodoc guidelines, Halodoc orientation and engagement, and employee experience. 
• Together with other functions in HR and department ambassador, Identify, anticipate, and facilitate change management activities within the business area. 

Requirements:

• At least 4 years experience as an HR business partner, and exposure to many HR aspects 
• Has experience handling the Tech department and managing overseas stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in any major
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to relate well with people at all levels 
• Have strong analytical skills 
• Have a good service orientation and team player 
• Good communication skills in English, both oral and written
• Resourceful and self-driven with a high degree of professional integrity
