• Liaise with users to determine staffing requirements.
• Helping the company to attract candidates by promoting job opportunities through corporate recruitment portal.
• Screening applicants to determine whether they are qualified for a position, based on their qualifications, skills, and compatibility with the company culture.
• Conduct all of recruitment process, according to company procedure.
• Resolving applicants’ concerns or issues by providing them with information about the hiring process.
• Maintaining contact with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure that each step is completed on schedule.
• Carry out all the administrative duties in the recruitment process such as screening application, organizing recruitment timetables, arranging interviews, psychological test, hiring paperwork, etc.
• Accurate and timely management of documentation and reporting.
• Assist to prepare and conduct internal Assessment Center.
• Maintain reliable employee talent mapping data base.
• Prepare assessment center summary report & personal report.
• Able & confident to be a trainer based on company needs.

Requirement :

• Min. Bachelors degree in Psychology.
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter).
• Having good knowledge in using psychological test tools & experience in using psychological assessment process.
• Ability to present and processing data in forms, tables and spread sheets (Ms Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Have strong willingness & confidence to be an internal trainer.
• Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to work independently and to deadlines.
• Assessment Center Assessor Certified is a plus.
• Driven to continually improve recruitment and selection delivery.
