We are looking for a dedicated HSSE Supervisor to join our mining project team. The role is responsible for supporting and monitoring the implementation of Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) systems in compliance with company standards, client requirements, and Indonesian regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of the HSSE Management System at the project site.

  • Conduct and verify inspections, audits, and incident investigations; recommend corrective actions.

  • Ensure compliance with K3, Permen ESDM, and relevant mining/construction safety regulations.

  • Prepare and submit HSSE reports, statistics, and documentation to management and clients.

  • Coordinate with site management, contractors, and clients to promote a proactive safety culture.

  • Facilitate emergency response planning and risk assessments (JSA, PTW, etc.).

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Mining), or related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in HSSE roles, preferably in mining or construction projects.

  • Possess valid Ahli K3 Umum / K3 Construction certification (POP certificate is an advantage).

  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor & safety regulations (K3, Permen ESDM, etc.)

  • Good command of English (verbal and written) and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.

Additional Information:

  • Willing to work full-time on-site in Kalimantan under a roster system.

  • Must be fit for remote site conditions (medical check-up required).

  • Expected start date: As soon as possible.
