Kami merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi HSE Supervisor (Site Based) di tempat usaha PT Meinhardt EPCM Indonesia untuk domisili Kalimantan Tengah dan sekitarnya.

Skill yang PT kami butuhkan ialah Kesehatan, Keamanan & Lingkungan (Pertambangan, Sumber Daya Alam & Energi) serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

PT ini tidak memiliki syarat yang khusus terhadap pelamar sehingga anda dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.

  • Major in Occupational Health & Safety or Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Mining).

  • 10–15 years in HSSE field, preferably in mining/construction projects.

  • POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) Certificate (preferred).

  • Valid Ahli K3 Umum or Construction certification.

  • Familiar with mining safety regulations and Indonesian labor law (K3, Permen ESDM, etc.).

  • Strong knowledge in risk assessment, JSA, PTW system, and emergency response.

  • Good in English (written and verbal) for communication and reporting.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and report writing.

  • 1Willing to work ASAP and on a full-time basis at the mining project site in Kalimantan.

  • Work on a roster system.

  • Fit for remote site conditions (medical check-up clearance required).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of the HSSE Management System at the mining project site in line with client and regulatory requirements.

  • Monitor and verify site inspections, audits, and incident investigations conducted by contractors, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.

  • Review and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, industry standards, and the client’s HSSE expectations.

  • Prepare, review, and submit independent HSSE reports, statistics, and program plans.

  • Coordinate and liaise with site management, client representatives, and contractors to promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement.
