Perusahaan kami telah merilis loker dengan sistem kontrak untuk posisi HSE SUPERVISOR di kantor Ellipse Projects SAS untuk daerah Jakarta Raya dan sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang kami butuhkan adalah Teknik & Teknik Lingkungan serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Adapun kualifikasi yang PT kami butuhkan adalah minimal Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

We are looking for motivated and skilled candidate for the Position of HSE Supervisor.

Responsibilities of the HSE Supervisor shall be as follows:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Lead end-to-end “safety in design”, from schematics and concept design, through to detail and tender documentation, following through with construction, shop drawings and fabrication.
Facilitate HSE focused workshops to collect safety in operations requirements, hazard identification, and to determine processes and approvals.
Lead supplier HSE prequalification and due diligence, communication of HSE expectations during project procurement, evaluations, and contribute to HSE contract completeness (safe work practices, performance management, supply chain and sub-contractor management, penalties & rewards, etc.).
Lead general contractor and specialist vendor on-boarding, trainings, orientation on client’s safety policies and procedures.
Drive safety interventions during execution, continuous improvement, contribute to quality incident reporting and root cause identification and actions.
Facilitating HSE lessons learned, driving actions and interventions for upcoming project activity/phases.
Investigate accidents, injuries, or occupational hazards/illness’ to determine causes and put in place preventive measures.
Report and review findings from accident investigations, facilities inspections and environmental tests.
Interpret safety regulations in construction safety, and communicate accordingly
Maintain and build relationships with external organizations such as fire departments, mutual aid societies, and rescue teams in order to facilitate emergency responses.
Evaluate adequacy and relevance of existing policy, Implement corrective action health and safety violations

JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Equivalent

• Indonesian Citizen Only

• Time management

• Decision making abilities

• Strong communication abilities

• Leadership experience

• Data Center Design & Construction for Min. 3 Years

• Building Design & Construction Experience for Min. 7 Years

• Professional English Proficiency is mandatory

• Adhesion to the Ellipse Projects’ code of conduct
