Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management/or any other related field.
2. At least 1-3 Year(s) for Staff level or 4-10 year(s) for Supervisory level of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Previous working experience in HSE or General Affairs will be prioritized.
4. Have adequate knowledge on OHS, and implementing company policies regarding ISO 14001, ISO 9001, WRAP, GRS and 5S programs or other policies of the company and its work environment in manufacturing.
5. Experienced in handling external audit and able to multi-task.
6. Savvy in using Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint.
7. Fluent in English (Written & Speaking).

Job Descriptions:

1. Identify and map potential hazards that are likely to occur in the work environment.
2. Create and maintain documents related to Occupational Safety and Health (OHS/K3).
3. Create an idea related to the Occupational Safety and Health (OHS/K3) program.
4. Evaluate the possibility or chance of an accident incident that could occur.
5. Become a liaison between government regulations and company policies.
6. Ensure that all workers are aware of the importance of wearing Personal Protective Equipment.
7. Ensure, check and carry out monthly inspections regarding the suitability and availability of PPE and work safety equipment such as APAR, P3K, etc.
8. Ensure that safety signs at the work site are installed properly.
9. Providing training to workers such as using APAR, First Aid, Emergency Response, etc.
10. Monitor that the SOP is implemented properly by all employees.
11. Create a program to minimize B3 waste so that it is accommodated well.
12. Providing B3 waste storage for each work unit.
13. Routine inspection of the impacts and hazards of the work carried out.
14. Implement and create a HSE meeting programs every month.
15. Organize and lead emergency simulations every month so that when an actual emergency occurs, it can be anticipated.
16. Obtain monthly reports regarding the inspection.
17. Hold daily briefings and instructions to employees
18. Reprimand and impose sanctions on workers who violate established occupational safety and health (K3) regulations.
19. Coordinating safe work permits / work permits has been carried out in each work unit, especially contractors.
20. Can solve problems, investigate, audit and provide input to prevent potential hazard.
