HSE OFFICER – KARAWANG

Requirement:

• Holding at least the D3/S1 degree in technical field
• Has the minimum 2 (two) year experiences in the construction project and mechanical/electrical project.
• Holding the ‘AK3 Umum’ certificate. ‘AK3 Konstruksi’ and TKBT will be more preferable.
• Work placement in Karawang, West Java.

Scope of Work:

• Monitoring, assessing, correct Safety Implementation in each Project Area and stop unsafe acts when immediate action is required. (Make recommendations on how to avoid or mitigate these risks, ensure that the actions do not create new hazards or increase existing ones).
• The HSE Officer maintains awareness of active and developing situations.
• (Safety Officer is responsible for ensuring all personnel’s safety i.e ensure project execution align with JSA approved, BOS, PAS)
• The HSE Officer ensures the Site HSE Plan is prepared and implemented.
• (Verification Project Approval Sheet and it has to be submitted at least 2 weeks before projects started)
• The HSE Officer ensures there are HSE notification in each Incident Action Plan.
• (Sharing incident action plan asap during DCU and take it as lesson learn)
• To support conducting the HSE induction training for any new comers once HSE engineer on site is not available or requested outside the regular schedule weekly induction
• Involving in the pre project/kick off meeting
•  Help the vendors to develop JSA , validating Working Permit (General and high risk jobs) and ensure the availability of HSE form.
• Monitor the implementation of vendor’s HSE Service Level Agreement
• Visualize the high risk activities in advance by a clear the method of statement and prepare the weekly inspection planning.
•  Performing Daily Gemba 1 person min 1 area using existing Gemba form.
• Reporting (cBOS Performance, Top 3 Unsafe cBOS, Health Check Report, Penalty Report, Manhours Report, Contractor Performance Report)
