Job Description:

• Responsible for establishment and maintaining procedure for the ongoing identification of hazards, the assessment of risks, HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment), Environment Aspect Identification (EAI) and the implementation of necessary control measures base on Environment Management System based on Godrej HSE System & Internal Control Framework.
• Responsible for developing occupational safety, health and environment programs in Godrej Indonesia for achieving its objectives (consider its legal and other requirements, hazards and risks, technology, financial operational and business requirements). Evaluate applicable HSE legal compliance.
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining procedure to monitor and measure Occupational Safety, Health and Environment performance on regular basis. Evaluate HSE inspection regularly. Evaluate environment monitoring perform timely by with authorize laboratory, monitor solid waste non-hazardous and hazardous waste.
• Responsible to educate employees by training and coaching to be competent to perform tasks that may impact on Occupational Safety, Health and Environment in workplace. Conduct HSE promotion and establish strong culture od Safety.
• Responsible to review the implementation of Occupational HSE Management System periodically to ensure its suitability, adequacy and effectiveness with line management
• Responsible for managing accidents & incidents investigation, non-conformances and corrective and preventive action relating to Occupational Safety, Health, and Environment.
• Responsible for establishment and maintaining readiness emergency preparedness team and response plan, conduct firefighting training and evacuation drill periodically.
• Responsible to act as the site’s point of knowledge/ advice/ ‘competent person’ as regards HSE issues including legal and Group requirements, and practical day-to-day management
• Responsible to ensure as far as is reasonably practicable that facility management, personnel and any on-site contractors are aware of the actual and potential HSE aspects / impacts and legal compliance requirements relevant to their roles, responsibilities and activities
• To report HSE regular report to Global Safety Committee and issues of concern to facility management in a timely manner

Job Requirement:

Education: 

• Min. Bachelor degree (S1) majoring in Engineering (Environmental/HS)
• Having a minimum 5 year(s) of experience in manufacturing industry handling plant or factories safety/K3 procedure, environmental management, and regulation
