Adapun persyaratan yang perusahaan inginkan adalah minimal Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Menurut dari peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Semarang Multinational School, in central Java, is a fast-growing community-run school providing excellence in international education based on the values and ideals of Western civilization. We are seeking an accomplished HS Principal for January 2024 – a transition period for the first 6 months and then take over all responsibilities..

Responsibilities and tasks will include:

  • Educational Leadership : Provide visionary leadership and set educational goals in alignment with the school’s mission and national education standards.
  • Administrative Leadership : Supervise and support High School’s teaching staff, conducting regular evaluations and providing professional development opportunities.
  • Curriculum Development : Lead curriculum development and assessment efforts, ensuring alignment with national and international standards. Promote innovative teaching methods and technologies.
  • Compliance and Regulations : Ensure the school complies with government regulations, licensing requirements, and educational standards. Manage accreditation processes, if applicable.
  • Budget Management : Responsible for the High School’s budget, financial planning, and resource allocation.
  • High School Improvement : Continuously assess and improve the quality of education, academic performance, and overall school effectiveness. Implement a data-driven decision-making process.
  • Crisis Management : Effectively handle crises, emergencies, and safety issues within the school community.

Requirements

  • Master Degree in Education or Science. A Bachelor’s degree in Education (or something linear with master)
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of teaching experience, preferably at the high school level. Demonstrated effectiveness as a teacher
  • Educator & Principal certified
  • Prior experience in school’s business administration
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse group of educators, staff, and community members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with students, parents, teachers, board members, and the community
  • In-depth understanding of the Indonesian education system, including curriculum standards, assessment methods, and accreditation
  • In-depth understanding of Cambridge curriculum for High School level, with a prior application of the curriculum

Application and Candidacy

We hire only fully qualified and experienced staff, and require a leader who is progressive, personable, inclusive and goal-driven. It is recommended that your cover letter/CV demonstrates your approach to staff leadership, particularly through periods of change, and you should address the challenges you expect to face in the first 6 months in the role and how you will meet them.

There will be an initial 3-month trial period for the successful candidate.
