Job Responsibilities
1. HRIS System Operation, Maintenance, and Optimization
– Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the HRIS system in the Indonesian region, including user rights management, data maintenance, system configuration, and troubleshooting, to ensure the stable operation of the system.
– Collaborate with the headquarters IT and HR teams to drive system upgrades, function optimization, and Localization adaptation, ensuring that the Indonesian HRIS is consistent with global standards.
2. Requirement Docking and Project Management
– Collect HRIS requirements from the Indonesian business unit, analyze them, propose improvement suggestions to headquarters, and coordinate resources to drive implementation (such as localization adjustments for attendance and payroll modules).
– Participated in the implementation of regional HRIS projects, assisted in completing requirements research, testing and training, and go-live support to ensure the project was delivered on time.
3. Data Analysis and Reporting Support
– Regularly extract and analyze HR data (such as Recruitment Efficiency, Attrition Rate, Compensation Structure), generate insight reports, and assist management in decision-making.
– Ensure data compliance, meeting local labor laws in Indonesia and data privacy regulations such as GDPR.
4. XFN Collaboration and Cultural Communication
– Serve as a bridge between Indonesian HR and the headquarters HRIS team, coordinate communication in a multicultural context, and drive the localization implementation of policies and system processes.
– Organize internal training to improve the proficiency of the Indonesian HR team in using the system.
Job Requirements
1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Information Technology, Human Resource Planning, Computer Science, or related fields.
2. Experience Requirements:
– Over 3 years of experience in HRIS operation and maintenance or HR informatization-related fields, with preference given to those with experience in overseas system implementation in the manufacturing industry or multinational companies.
– Familiar with the architecture and module functions of mainstream HRIS systems (such as personnel, attendance, and payroll), and possess basic SQL or Data Analysis capabilities.
3. Core Competencies:
– Strong project management and problem-solving skills, capable of independently handling system anomalies and driving optimization.
– Excellent XFN collaboration skills, capable of balancing the standardization requirements of headquarters with local business needs.
4. Language and Culture:
– Fluent in English (both written and spoken), capable of handling daily communication with headquarters; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
– Possess cross-cultural sensitivity and adapt to diverse teamwork.
Priority Considerations
– Hold PMP or HRIS-related certifications (such as SAP certification).
– Familiar with Indonesian labor laws and data compliance requirements.
– Those with a basic Chinese proficiency will be given priority consideration
– Those with SAP or SUCCESSFACTOR implementation experience are preferred
– Those with JAVA development experience or process system experience are preferred
