Job Scope:

• Work closely with business leader and department head to align company cultures, strategies and business directions
• Coaching and developing HR functions and how it should communicate and collaborate with other departments to support overall business strategies
• Handling Recruitment Process I.e. Interview, contract agreement (PKWT, PKWTT), and others
• Handling & monitoring employee Compensation & Benefits including incentives, bonus, health insurance, etc
• Handling & managing internal talent acquisition and development
• Handling Administrative and Operational Shared services I.e. managing personnel data, BPJS, health insurance claims, housing rental and maintenance, business-related travel arrangement and expenses, and others
• Design, renew, and responsible for communicating, maintaining, and enforcing company regulations & compliance based on company growth phase
• Design and tracking KPIs together with department heads for long term business objectives
• Building strong relationships with employees and management to build positive and ‘ownership’ working environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5-year experiences in Corporate HR division
• Thorough knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Strong ethics, integrity, compassion, and discipline
• Excellent in analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Strong team leader with supportive roles to other departments
• Proficient in Microsoft office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Willing to be place in Merabu, Magelang, Central Java.
