This role is an HR supervisor role that will be located in Jababeka Industrial area for a multinational manufacturing company.

Description

As the Human Resources Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the HR function within our factory environment:

• Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws and industry best practices.
• Industrial Relations matter including addressing employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues, conducting investigations when necessary.
• Handles recruitment, on-boarding, and employee life-cycle within the factory area.
• Handles and ensure compliance on Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) of the factory.
• Becoming a solid business partner to head office HR and top management to ensure highest service and productivity of the HR team.

Profile

A successful candidate must possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as an HR assistant manager, team lead, or supervisor within a factory or manufacturing environment.
• Thorough understanding of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Proven experiences in handling labor union, negotiations, and managing disputes
• Proven experiences in managing and handling HSE
• Experienced in leading a team and handling end-to-end human resources administrative needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels.
• Willingness to work in Jababeka area (factory site)
