Job Role:

Duties and responsibilities in the procurement of facilities and infrastructure needed in the implementation of office activities, as well as managing HR functions. Manage licenses and documents required in operations.

Job Description:

• Responsible for all HR Functions at mall
• Control and supervise the performance of OB, Messager, and Drivers to achieve maximum work efficiency from time to time.
• Arranging the need for coordination with other departments regarding messager staff for management, including the distribution of letters from important documents in operations.
• Receiving goods and releasing goods in the building.
• Make a report on the stock of goods.
• Maintain company assets to stay awake and neat.
• Manage licensing for company needs.
• Control and supervise the performance of OB, messenger and drivers to achieve maximum work efficiency.
• Arranging the need for coordination with other departments, including distribution of correspondence and important documents in operations.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in all background
• Excellent communication skills in English (oral & written).
• Good attention to detail.
• Have a positive attitude.
• Good working knowledge of administrative procedures and ability to perform administrative tasks efficiently and in compliance with the organization’s regulations.
• Knowledge and experience with efficient internal office communications, including an efficient filing system.
• Have plenty of initiative.
• Minimum 2 years experience in related field.
