Job Description:

1. Assisting HR job  

•  Inputting candidates databank based on shortlisted data  

•  Calling candidates (email invitation, WA confirmation, zoom link, screening phone interview, etc)  

•  Preparing interview form, attendance, link, and preparing interview result recap  

• Handling all recruitment administrative  

• Assisting correspondence letter and in out letter of HR  

• Filing the attendance data of employees  

• Assisting Insurance administrative  

• Filing and archiving the documents (soft and hard data)  

• Collecting the Daily Activity Report data and making recap  

• Collecting the data and survey for HR matters    

2. Handling all Quality Management System based on ISO 9001 year 2015 and administration development matters  

• As Management Representative of ISO 9001 year 2015  

• Handling all guidelines, procedures, forms of all department based on ISO 9001  

• Handling 6S System    

3. As IT Support  

• Supporting IT matters such as data management, network, tools, application, operation system, storage, NAS, anti viruses, etc, and also the computer hardware, printer and scanner

Job Requirement:

□ Able to prepare all HR matters related to recruitment and HR letters & database, and Document QC based on ISO 9001

□ Accurate and have good concern for order

□ Knowledgeable on HR concept, government regulation (labour law), ISO & 6S concept

□ Have good management skill (Planning & Organizing)

□ Good communication in English both oral and written

□ Systematic and detail, initiative and proactive

□ Familiar with the IT support knowledge and experience

□ Familiar with psychological assessment tools
