Job description

The HRGA will be responsible for overseeing the Human Resources, General Affairs, and Administration functions of company.

  • Partner with payroll service provider to manage payroll, including ensuring accurate and efficient payroll processing, compliance with local/ regional regulations and employment tax requirements 
  • Managing all employee expenses related benefit such as medical reimbursement, insurance, BPJS etc.
  • Managing the employee agreement including all related document  and controlling employee contract
  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing, phone screening, shortlisting to closing.
  • Provide advisory to Hiring Managers as required.
  • Plan Employee Engagement activities to strengthen employee morale and retention.  
  • Organize employee’s annual performance reviews.
  • Coordinate employee termination process when required.
  • Facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding. 
  • Organize internal training when required.
  • Managing and maintain office facility, asset and other relate of general affair activity

 

We think you’ll fit in great with us if you: 

  • Ideally Diploma or Bachelor’s in Human Resource, Psychology, Management, or equivalent practical experience
  • Prefer candidate with 5 years’ working experience as HRGA
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skill.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Ability to work cross-regionally in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Able to adapt to cross-department collaboration by following different management principle.
