Now hiring:

                                                   HRGA MANAGER

Candidate will be responsible to develop, manage, lead and control the HRGA functions including recruitments, organizational development, training, compensation and benefits, and industrial relations. You are expected to establish and display good teamwork, personal integrity, professional discretion and strong leadership in accordance to the company values.

Scope of responsibilities:

HRGA Management

  • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of all HRGA databases – including personnel files, contracts, and performance evaluations – and fulfill required paperwork in accordance to ISO quality management system
  • Manage and review recruitment activities and set standard for candidate selection, negotiation and onboarding process.
  • Analyze and present regular reports on HR metrics and advise management on updated HR policies, strategies and best practices.
  • Manage GA tasks, including asset managements, facility maintenance and housekeeping, safety and cleanliness, and site permit applications.
  • Conduct OHS training and install OHS guidelines, provide sanctions for violations of OHS regulations. 
  • Control administrative HR duties and issuance of Certificate of Employment, application and claim of BPJS.

Organizational Development

  • Create and maintain organizational structure and implement a job analysis for all positions to provide clear statements and comprehensive gradings of each job descriptions.
  • Coordinate and manage implementation of organization goals in accordance to BOD’s policies, through effective business partnering with leaders.
  • Ensures all training and development activities are strategically linked to organization’s mission and vision. Training programs must focus on topics of product knowledge, company philosophy, customer service and leadership skills.
  • Work with department leaders to identify performance gaps, then develop and implement appropriate training program to improve employees and organizational development needs.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Prepare and manage competitive compensation and benefits program for employees in compliance with company policies & budget, labor laws and tax regulations.
  • Manage and oversee payroll calculation and processing in timely manner.

Industrial Relations

  • Manage internal labor relations issues including conflict resolutions, workplace agreements, violation of work rules, disputes and disciplinary actions.
  • Monitor and ensure all HR services are running in timely manner in compliance with updated labor laws and manpower regulations.
  • Prepare and submit mandatory reports to the relevant labor agencies.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Maximum 45 yo, Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Human Resource Management, Law or Psychology, resides in Jakarta/Tangerang area and possess own transport. 
  • Personal Competencies: Self-starter & Team player, Well organized, Result & Detail oriented, Able to handle and work under pressure.
  • Working Experience: Minimum 15 years of working experience, with the last 10 years in senior manager level in ISO certified manufacturing or related industry.
  • Skills: Computer (MS Office, ERP/SAP, HR/Payroll Program), Communication & negotiation, Leadership & Interpersonal, Problem solving, Training, Strong Analytical, Compensation & Benefits.
  • Languages: Indonesian and English (fluent & mandatory), Mandarin (advantage). 
  • Others: In-depth knowledge of labor laws, manpower and tax regulations. Having certification in HR Field (advantage).
