Pengalaman yang kita butuhkan adalah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Sumber Daya Manusia / HR serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

  • You are responsible to deliver on time fulfilment process
  • Enjoy providing completion of Learning Infrastructure in Genero ODM (TNA & Learning Curriculums, On-line & In-Class Learning, Learning Effectiveness)
  • You are responsible to conduct and maintain Continues Improvement program
  • You are responsible to manage HR Services in Genero ODM and maintain Customers Satisfaction in terms of Product & Services HR.
  • Enthusiasm in General Affair Activity such as Office Management, Permit & Formalities, Facility and Maintenances Development, etc

Are you the one who has this cool thing:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Legal with at least 10 years of experience in HRGA field. If you have experience in manufacturing is more excellent
  • Strong knowledge of HR development system
  • You must be self-starter, dynamic, strong personality, strong in leadership and communication & interpersonal skills
  • Wiling to work in Jababeka Cikarang
