Segera dibutuhkan. loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi HRGA Generalist di perusahaan Banananina (Bekasi) untuk daerah Bekasi Utara & Jawa Barat dan sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah Konsultasi & HR Umum (Sumber Daya Manusia & Perekrutan) serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang khusus terhadap calon pelamar sehingga anda bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 2.000.000 - Rp 8.500.000.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, HRM, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience as an HR Generalist.
  • Experience as a tester for psychological tests.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept at building rapport and collaborating with diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficient in HR Administration Processes such as Absence Management, Employee Data Management, Payroll, and Employment Contract management.
  • Detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Job Descriptions:

  1. Employee Support:
    • Provide comprehensive support to employees on various HR-related issues, including attendance, sick leave, permissions, and other employee concerns.
  2. HR Function Management:
    • Take an active role in key HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
  3. Policy Implementation:
    • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with related divisions to ensure consistent policy implementation across all employees.
  4. Health Insurance Management:
    • Register and manage BPJS Health Insurance for employees, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and timely processing of claims.
  5. Procurement and Operations:
    • Oversee the procurement of stationery, work tools, and operational needs, ensuring efficient and cost-effective acquisition to support organizational operations.
  6. HRGA Management:
    • Collaborate to oversee facilities management, security and safety measures, inventory management, general services management, and travel and accommodation arrangements.
  7. Policy and Compliance Management:
    • Participate in the development and formulation of HR and general affairs policies, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and organizational standards.
  8. Project Management:
    • Engage in special projects related to HRGA, such as building renovations, office relocations, or HR management system implementations.
  9. Internal Communication Management:
    • Facilitate internal communication by disseminating important information to employees, including company announcements and HRGA-related updates.
  10. Budget Management:
    • Manage the budget for the HRGA department, control expenditures, and prepare financial reports as required.
