About the role

As an HRD Staff at PT Geluran Adikarya, you will be responsible for supporting the overall human resources function within the organisation. This is a full-time position based in Surabaya, Jawa Timur. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of HR processes, contributing to the company’s talent development and retention strategies.

What you’ll be doing

  1. Assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures

  2. Participating in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees

  3. Maintaining employee records and data management

  4. Coordinating training and development programs for staff

  5. Providing support with employee relations and performance management

  6. Assisting with the administration of employee benefits and compensation

  7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address HR-related matters

  8. Maintaining compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations

What we’re looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR generalist role

  2. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field

  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  4. Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR information systems

  5. Ability to multitask, prioritise and work effectively under pressure

  6. Knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices

  7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  8. Proactive, customer-oriented, and committed to providing high-quality service
