About the role

PT Cinjoe Jaya Perkasa Muda is seeking a talented and experienced HRD & GA Supervisor to join our team in North Jakarta, Jakarta. As the HRD & GA Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the human resources and general affairs functions within our manufacturing, transport and logistics organisation. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and success of our company.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and training and development
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, and develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Coordinate and manage the general affairs of the organization, such as facilities management, office administration, and procurement
• Act as a strategic partner to the management team, providing HR and general affairs insights to support business decision-making
• Lead and mentor a team of warehouse team, logistic team and production team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Maintain relationship with Serikat Pekerja, Outsource company, Government team such as Depnaker, BPJS, etc.
• Maintain relationship with employees in all warehouse’s branches and groups.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in human resources and general affairs management, preferably within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, as well as expertise in HR best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, and a commitment to employee development
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically
• Proficiency in using HR and general affairs management software and tools
• Having experience to develop Key Performance Indicator (KPI) in company
• Having experience to manage warehouse teams and groups.
• Excellent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
• Handle and develop HRD & GA administration system.
• Our warehouse hour is start at 07.00 AM, therefore we prefer candidates, which have near domicile from our warehouse (Kapuk), or candidates which have commitment to come early before 07.00 AM if the domicile is far from our warehouse.
