We are now seeking a position as a HRBP Manager at Gadget Accessories Retail who will handle the following key responsibilities:

1. Designing and monitoring the company organization and its development
2. Formulating strategies and monitoring the fulfillment of human resource needs in accordance with the Company’s competencies and culture
3. Ensuring employee performance evaluation systems
4. Ensuring HR operating systems that are accountable and understood by all employees
5. Designing employee development systems that support business and employee retention and monitoring their implementation
6. Formulating and leading the implementation of K3 strategies to ensure employee health and safety

We expect prospective talents to meet the requirements as below:

Minimum education: S1 Management, Accounting, Psychology and relevant
Minimum 10 years experience in leading HR and GA organizations
Having an HRM certificate is an added value
Have a good understanding in running the HRIS system
Having the skills to carry out coaching will be an added value
Have a good understanding of the implementation of 5R (5S) and ISO 9001:2015
Have good communication and presentation skills
