Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Description:

• Responsible for handling the recruitment process in order to achieve recruitment targets
• Responsible for preparing and monitoring employee attendance reports
• Responsible for the maintenance and purchase of company assets and ATK.
• Perform document control on HR, GA, and Legal/industry.
• Assisting all basic administration in HR, GA, Payroll and Legal/industry.
• Ensure employees follow all rules and procedures in the company.
• Responsible for planning orientation, training, and education regarding rights and obligations for newly joined employees.
• Conduct an assessment of employees (Job Evaluation)
• Ensuring workplace safety
• Responsible for handling general affairs and office management tasks
• Oversight of Office personnel and operations
• Plan and manage the procurement of office equipment and maintenance services, stationery & office supplies, and other purchase requests from employees.
• Able to negotiate with any vendor
• Other related tasks assigned by management
• Organize and schedule meetings and business trips for the Executive Director
• Updating and administering company policies and regulations
• Prepare general needs when there are visits or guests
• Maintain and guarantee company documents, both physical and digital, are stored properly, such as work contract documents, employee identities, and others
• Update company data as new employees enter
• Become a Mandarin – Indonesian Translator

Requirements:

• Educational background S1 psychology, human resource management, law, or other related majors.
• Min. 3 years experience as HRD.
• Mastering Ms. office.
• Mastering the HRIS System.
• Understand labor regulations / legislation.
• Understand BPJS Health & Employment regulations.
• Have good multitasking & communication skills.
• Good mastery and understanding of the scope of HRD work (recruitment, training, industrial relations, sanctions and employee rewards).
• Honest, discipline, conscientious and responsible.
• Willing to be placed in Factory
