Position : “ HR and  GA SUPERVISOR FOR E-COMMERCE COMPANY ” 

                   (  Mandarin or English Speaker ) 

Requirements :

• Maximal Age 35 Years old.
• Candidate must have bachelor degree S1 Human Resources or Management 
• Prefer Candidate Active in English and Mandarin Passive
• More than Five years of working experience in Human Resource Supervisor is required for this position. 
• Prefer Candidate from Smartphone Industry.
• Experience process Counseling Bipartit and Tripartit
• Must be have good and strong Recruitment Skill for E-Commerce Team
• Prefer Candidate Experience from E-Commerce Company.
• Experience in handling Recruitment, BPJS, Employment Contract etc.
• Good Understand about Labour Regulation ( UU Cipta Kerja and Tenaga Kerja ).
• Experience with HRIS and Tax PPH 21 Calculation
• Have Certified CPHRM
• Familiar with Computer tools and internet
• Able to work on multiple tasks and under pressure.
• Hardworker person, energetic, discipline, honest and responsible.
• Great analytical thinking, creative, detail oriented and well organized.
• Work in fast paced and professional environment.
• Will be place in Head Office ( PIK – Jakarta )
• Working time : Monday to Saturday
• Full time Position available.

Job Descriptionnya  :

• Responsible for Recruitment ( Online, Offline, Campus Hiring ) more will be Recruit Host Live Candidate 
• Responsible for all Recruitment at Social Media like : Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, tik tok online, Jobstreet dll
• Responsible BPJS Healthy Insurance and BPJS Manpower Insurance System.
• Responsible Calculate Income Tax PPH 21 
• Make Employment Contract PKWTT and Offer Letter
• Process Job Posting, Profile Sourcing, Candidate Screening, Interview and on boarding. 
• Responsible for Monthly Payroll and KPI All Team.
• Running HRIS and Daily OA System
• Responsible Mobilization Employee like : ticket, voucher hotel etc.
• Responsible All Employee Database, Outsourcing, and All HR Administration document.
• Direct support and Report to HR Manager and E-Commerce Operational Director
• Can join immediately
• Available for Full Time Position
•  Working Location : ASG Office Tower – PIK
