Telah rilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi HR staff (training & recruitment) di tempat usaha PT Chubb Safes Indonesia untuk domisili Cikarang serta sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang kami inginkan ialah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Sumber Daya Manusia / HR serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Adapun untuk kualifikasi yang PT kami butuhkan ialah min SMA, SMU/SMK/STM, Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma) & Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari ketetapan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 5.500.000 - Rp 6.800.000.

Job description:

  • She should be fully honest and loyal person, and assure high confidentiality on HR informations.
  • She should assist the HR manager for any administrative processes, as required in all matters relating to internal and external HR;
  • The location in CIBITUNG, near BEKASI area.
  • Dealing with out-of-hours HR matters and situations;
  • Understands applicable governmental regulations and advocates compliance requirements;
  • Use procedures, policy manuals, knowledge base and other reference materials to assist in answering employee inquiries and resolving issues
  • Recruitment (Posting of job vacancies, calling candidates, psychological tests and interviews);
  • Support on the process of employees salary calculations and run Payroll;
  • Support on the reporting process of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan;
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning & headcount management, proactive recruitment strategies and diverse sourcing pipelines, workforce redeployment
  • Analyzes business challenges, current HR programs and external market best practices/trends to identify improvement opportunities
  • Maintain broad knowledge of Human Resources to effectively support employee questions with minimal escalations to HR Business Partners and/or Centers of Excellence
  • Execute HR services within HR, such as file maintenance, new hire paperwork, referral bonus, HR system administration, personal information updates, separations

Personal characteristics:

  • She should be honest and loyal;
  • She should have high integrity and able to fully understand HR confidentiality;
  • She should have high skills of English language;
  • She can work under pressure and can deal with out-of-hours problems;
  • Having minimal 4 years experience in HR Administration;
  • Previous purchasing experience working in multinational company is preferable;
  • Possessing a relevant professional qualification and/or suitable background experience in Human Resources administration processes; 
  • Have a detailed understanding of Human Resources processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and possess the willingness to learn, improve and adapt.
  • Possess excellent personal organization and administration skills.
  • Possess the ability to work efficiently, drive under tight timelines and pressure, whilst maintaining attention to details
  • Possess relevant IT skills in MS Office applications, outlook, excel and ERP system.
