Perusahaan kami telah merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi HR STAFF di kantor PT Baosteel Indonesia Steel Service Center untuk daerah Bekasi dan sekitarnya.
Kemampuan yang perusaahan inginkan ialah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Sumber Daya Manusia / HR serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Requirement :
- Age maximum 35 years old
- S1 Bachelor, prefeably Law, Human Resources or Management
- Have a good communication and negotiable skill
- Minimum 2 year have experience in related field
- Fluent in English both oral & written
Job Description :
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Execute human resources administration such as attendance, overtime, and government insurance (BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, job description, recruitment, training, performance evaluations, etc)
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Create and operate organization rewards design (which may include salary structure, allowance structure, pay mix, benefit, etc)
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Execute the profesional documents such as Visa, Kitas, etc
- Execute and reviewing some legal documents in the company such as contract and agreement, company licensing, etc
- Familiar with the sytem : SIINAS, SIMPEL, OSS
