Perusahaan kami merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi HR Specialist (HRIS) di perusahaan Bina Sumberdaya Indonesia untuk kota/kab Tangerang serta sekitarnya.

Kemampuan yang perusahaan kami butuhkan ialah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Sumber Daya Manusia / HR serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Adapun persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang kita butuhkan ialah minimal Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Yang merupakan ketetapan yang usaha kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Key Responsibilities:

– Collect, organize, and input employee data into HR information systems, such as employee personal information, employment history, performance evaluations, and benefits.

– Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of employee data and records.

– Monitor employee data to identify and resolve data errors, inconsistencies, and discrepancies.

– Generate reports and analyses on employee data to support HR decision-making and compliance with legal requirements.

– Coordinate with other HR functions, such as payroll, benefits, and recruitment, to ensure accurate and timely employee data and records.

– Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and policies related to employee data management.

– Provide training and support to HR staff and managers on HR information systems and employee data management.

Key Requirements:

– A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is typically required.

– Min 2 to 5 years of experience in HR data management or a related field is preferred.

– Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data and draw conclusions.

– Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality of employee data and records.

– Knowledge of HR information systems and database management principles.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to employees and HR staff.

– Familiarity with legal requirements related to employee data management, such as data privacy laws and regulations.
